Vermicelli Tomato Soup (domatesli sehriye corbasi)

Hello everyone, this is another delicious Turkish recipe which is called as ` Vermicelli Tomato Soup ` in Turkish ` Domatesli Tel Sehriye Corbasi `.

It is delicious and so easy. Take 5 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook. You can make your own chicken broth or buy from store but i would recommend you to make your own. That way it is going to be way more delicious and healthy. 


Ingredients For Vermicelli Tomato Soup :

  • 1 Tbsp Of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Of Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Of Tomato Paste 
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Cup Of Chicken Broth (you can use vegetable stock or water)
  • 2 Cup Of Water
  • 1 Tsp Of Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/3 Cup Of Vermicelli (or orzo if you do not have any of them you can use pasta or rice)
  • 1/3 Cup Of Chopped Parsley (2 Tbsp)
  • More Black Pepper

Icindekiler:

  • 1 Yemek Kasigi Zeytinyagi
  • 1/2 Yemek Kasigi Tereyagi
  • 1 Yemek Kasigi Domates Salcasi
  • 1 Domates
  • 2 Cup Tavuk Suyu (sebze suyu veya sadece su da kullanabilirsiniz)
  • 2 Cup Su
  • 1 Tatli Kasigi Tuz & Karabiber
  • 1/2 Limon 
  • 1/3 Cup Tel Sehriye
  • 1/3 Cup Ince Dogranmis Maydanoz (2 Yemek Kasigi)
  • Biraz Daha Karabiber

How To Cook:

  • Heat oil and butter and add tomato paste. 
  • After cook tomato paste about 2 minutes add 1 (chopped) tomato. Smash them little bit and cook 2 - 3 minutes like that.
  • Add chicken broth and water with salt and pepper.
  • Wait till it boils then lower heat and cover. Cook for 15 minutes like that.
  • After 15 minutes add chopped parsley, lemon, more black pepper and vermicelli.
  • Cover and cook another 5 minutes.

Nasil Pisirilir:

  • Zeytinyagi ve tereyagini tencerede eritin ve domates salcasi ekleyin.
  • Yaklasik 2 dakika pisirdikten sonra 1 adet domatesi dograyip ekleyin. Ve kasiginizin arkasiyla hafiften ezin. 2 - 3 dakika o seilde pisirin.
  • Tavuk suyu ve suyu ekleyin. Tuz ve karabiberi ekleyin.
  • Kaynayana kadar bekleyin ve kaynayinca altini kisip agzini kapatin. Bu sekilde 15 dakika pisicek.
  • 15 dakika sonra icine dogradiniz maydanozu, limonu, karabiber, tuz ve tel sehriyeyi ekleyin.
  • Tekrar kapatip o sekilde 5 dakika daha pisirin.
