Veggie Wrap

Hello everyone, I am here with a delicious wrap recipe which is one of my favorite even though it has only vegetables the taste of it is amazing! We are cooking Veggie Wrap for your lunch, dinner or even as a snack.

I am not a vegetarian but I always say this eating in a balance is important. Most of people does not eat health, it is such a hard thing while you see all other delicious foods but you can find a way to eat little bit from everything without hurting your body. Eating healthy even sometimes less meat is good for our body especially in long term. 

Also, I am not a dietitian but we all know more fruits, veggies and less carbs, sugar, salt is going to find that balance. Once we start adding these foods in our life our body is going to show us difference really quick. 

On the other side, eating healthy can be really delicious sometimes like this wrap or like my last recipe Turkey Meatball Stew or some of other recipes like  Chicken Shepherd's Pie With Cauliflower Puree, Kisir, Stuffed Zucchini Boats With Chicken Filling.

This wrap just by itself is delicious and enough for me! But you might be working out or for some reason want some meat in your food. Well, add some grill chicken, steak in this wrap and enjoy it like that. I know not everyone is vegetarian! Just how delicious veggies by themselves can be amazing though!!

  • colorful peppers you can use just one or any of it if you do not have all of them
  • onion
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 tbsp cashew
  • classic hummus or any other type will work too
  • 1 medium size whole wheat tortilla or flour if you want


  • First cut all the veggies. Colorful bell peppers, onion and mushroom.
  • Heat olive oil in the pan.
  • Cook veggies in order onion, pepper and mushroom.
  • When they all cooked add cashews and sauté for 2 minutes till it get little brown on the outside.
  • Turn off heat and start preparing wrap.
  • For that take a medium size whole wheat tortilla and spread hummus on top.
  • Place vegetables in the middle.
  • Wrapped it and eat while it is still warm or cold however you like!


*There is no exact measurement in this recipe you can arrange depends on how much you want of each item.
*Bell peppers, tortilla and hummus kind can change according to your taste.
