Turkish Salad

Turkish Salad which is also called as  `Çoban Salatası ` in Turkish , is so simple, so easy to make and you can not believe how delicious it is when you taste it!

Let me tell you little bit about this famous Turkish Salad. First of all, it is so similar to Greek salad actually. But there is a fact that most of Greek and Turkish foods are almost same except some little differences in their ingredients.

This traditional Turkish salad is like a perfect dish with every kind of food. Or you can eat by itself too. It is delicious in the summer because of its fresh taste and perfect to eat in winter because it is a great vitamin source with all that vegetables in it. Also, easy to prepare and ingredients are mostly something you can find in your house all the time. Only tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion and lemon. That is all you need!

  •  1 Big Tomato
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 - 4 Piece Of Green Onion or 1/4 Red or White Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Of Salt

How To Make Turkish Salad

  • Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. 
  • Add lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
  • Mix and enjoy !
