Spaghetti Squash

Hello everyone, in this recipe I showing you how to cut, clean, cook and ways to eat ` Spaghetti Squash ` .

Spaghetti Squash is so healthy and delicious! It is a vegetable which turns into a spaghetti shape when it cooked. It is amazing! Perfect for people who are trying to loss weight but want to eat some spaghetti. Okay lets` be honest of course it is not the same taste but perfect to replace your noodle hungriness. 

A good choice for vegetarian. After cooked you can eat just like that or add some stuff like vegetables or meats and enjoy together. I showed how I am eating my squash most of the times. And not just me but my husband loves like that. So, try it and enjoy this delicious healthy meal!

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti Squash (I cooked two cut into half so four half piece of squash)
  • Olive Oil (just enough to brush around the squash)
  • Salt And Pepper (To taste)

*Optional:

  • Butter (To taste) (I used 1/2 Tsp)
  • Chicken (Couple little pieces of breast)
  • Parmesan Cheese (To taste)

Icindekiler:

  • Spaghetti Squash (Ben iki adet kullandim ve ikiye ayirdim boylece dort adet yarim squash elde ettim.)
  • Zeytinyagi (Ic kismi ve kenarlara surulmeye yetecek kadar)
  • Tuz Ve Karabiber (Size bagli)

Opsiyonel:

  • Tereyagi (Size bagli)
  • Tavuk Gogsu (Birkac parca ufak kesilmis)
  • Parmesan Peyniri

How To Cook It:

  • Cut and clean your squash. Take off seeds and middle part.
  • Brush some olive oil inside part and on the sides. Add salt and pepper.
  • Put upside down into oven pan with parchment paper. 
  • Cook for 400 F 30 - 40 minutes. 
  • You can eat just like that or add some vegetables or meats.

Nasil Pisirilir:

  • Squashlari kesip temizleyin. Cekirdek ve ic kisimlarini cikarin.
  • Icine ve kenarlarina zeytinyagi surun. Tuz ve karabiber ekleyin.
  • Firin kabina yagli kagit ile beraber ic kisimlari asagiya gelecek sekilde dizin.
  • 204 C firinda 30 veya 40 dakika pisirin.
  • Sade sekilde yiyebilir veya icine sebze veya et urunleri katarak da yiyebilirsiniz.
