Scrambled Egg

Hello everyone, we are learning and cooking delicious ` Scrambled Egg `.

Lots of people think it is so easy to cook eggs and actually if they are not a good cook they will say i can cook eggs. But the reality is cookiing eggs are one of the important things in culinary. That is why in most of the luxuries restaurants have some type of egg in their menu. If you ask chefs, they will tell you that knowing how to cook proper egg means you are a good cook. So, what we are thinking is totally wrong. Yes, it is easy to crack and put into pan but it is not that simple to cook some real egg.

Scramble is a good example for this. When i go to a restaurant or if someone is cooking for me, it is always so dry. It has actually such a bad taste that i cant even know if I am eating egg or something else. You will understand what I am trying to say once you will eat a good scramble eggs! Thats why I am here to show and teach you all steps to make creamy eggs.

It is not that hard once you get used to it. Just follow all the steps carefully then enjoy your food!

How To Make Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Of Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt And Black Pepper
  • 1 Piece Of Bread (Toasted) (Optional)

How To Make Scrambled Egg:

  • Crack your eggs into bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix them really good till white and yellow part combine very well.
  • Start heating your pan and add your butter. Keep your heat low-medium to prevent butter from burning or getting too hot.
  • Once your butter is ready it is going to melt and you are going to see little bubbles in it. Pour your egg into pan at that time.
  • Take a spatula and start stirring your egg. Do not higher your heat. We do not want our eggs to cook quick and get dry because of that. This is something that takes time but result is going to be worth it!
  • You are going to keep stirring from outside to inside and inside to outside of pan. If your pan will get too hot (which it will because by time it is getting more hot) take it from stove for couple seconds to let it cool down and put it back.
  • Once your eggs are ready place them on the top of one piece of toasted bread with some more black pepper. This step is optional you can eat by itself it is just how i am eating most of the time.
