Oven Roasted Vegetable Bowl

Hello everyone, some days we want to eat little bit more healthier. This recipe is perfect for one of those days. We are cooking ` Oven Roasted Vegetable Bowl `.

It is basic oven roasted but if you watch the video there is just little tricks I am using to make more delicious. If you know what spices add to vegetable all of them even the ones you hate to eat can turn into such a good taste. With this recipe you can use any vegetable you want. Actually perfect for vegetable that are going bad. Time to use them and turn into such a delicious meal.

This dish can be used as a side dish with any normal food or it can be eaten as a main course too. If you are vegetarian perfect for you! Enjoy this delicious Oven Roasted Vegetable Bowl !


  • 1 Brocoli
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1 Corn
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, Black Pepper
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Cajun

How To Cook Oven Roasted Vegetable :

  • Cut sweet potato and clean corn cut into 2 or 3 pieces. 
  • Put them into oven pan. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes at 400F.
  • When time is up take them out and add cut brocoli cook another 10 more minutes.
  • When they are done put them into bowl. For brocoli add balsamic glaze on top. For sweet potato and corn add cajun spices on top.
