How To Make Oatmeal Raisin Cookies:

  • First add butter and sugars into your bowl and beat them with hand electric mixer or if you have Kitchen Aid like me with that until they become creamy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla beat again on medium speed.
  • Combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and mix them.
  • At last, add your oats and raisin mix again.
  • Heat your owen for 350F (180C). Take a oven pan and place your cookies into pan. My cookie sizes were 1 tbsp. You can change the size and shape. If you do just be careful with cooking time because it might change.
  • My cookies cooked in the oven in about 20 minutes.
