Mushroom With Mozzarella Cheese

Hello everyone, we are cooking one of my favorite side dish today. We are going to cook `Mushroom With Mozzarella Cheese `.

This is one of the best mushroom recipe I can give you. For years, me and my family have been making this as a side dish with some steak, chicken or other foods. On the pan or grill! I learned this from my mom but probably there are other people doing almost same type of recipe. Because it is so simple but can not even explain how tasty it turn into.

Mushroom, cheese and butter.. This triple will be good with anything but better by themselves! Muhsroom`s juice together with butter and melting cheese. Imagine!!

I am using mozzarella cheese and it will be the best you can use. We use something so similar in Turkey.

I am not giving exact measurement in this recipe because everything is depends on how much you want to use. There is no set measuring so be free!! But i would make a lot to be able to eat as much as I can:)

This is one of my favorite mushroom recipe. It is such a delicious side dish, appetizer or however you want to eat. It is good with any type of food like chicken, meat. Either you can cook on the grill or pan!

Ingredients
  

  • mushroom amount depends on you (I used 14 mushroom)
  • mozzarella cheese amount depends on you (I used 1/2 cup)
  • butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Take middle part of the mushrooms.
  • Cut cheese into little pieces. *You can use shredded if you want to but there is one problem with that which is shredded cheese melt quick and mushroom need some time to cook at least 10 - 15 minutes. That might cause cheese to burn.
  • Fill middle of the mushroom with cheese. Cut butter couple small pieces and add on top of mushrooms and side of the pan. 
  • Add spices. Cover your pan and cook between lower and medium heat. It will take 10-15 minutes depends on how big your mushroom are. 

Notes

*You do not need to throw middle part of mushroom, you can use with some scrambled egg or omelette.
*Giving calorie per serving calculated according to the amount that I used. It can change depends on how much mushroom and cheese you want to use.
