Meatball With Vegetables

Hey everyone, I have a delicious meatball recipe for you which is meatball with vegetables but also we can call it as meatball soup because of its juicy sauce. 

With delicious vegetables and tomato sauce mixing together giving that amazing taste. I serve with some rice but you can cook pasta on the side or some salad would be perfect too.

  • 1/4 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Clove of Garlic (smashed or cut into little pieces)
  • 1 Stalk of Celery (cut into little pieces)
  • 1 Carrot (peeled and cut into little pieces)
  • 2 Small Potato (peeled and cut into little pieces)
  • 1/2 Cup of Bread Crumbs
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes (red pepper not necessary)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Water 

How To Cook

  • First we are going to prepare our meatballs. For this, add ground beef, egg, garlic, bread crumbs, salt and pepper together. Knead all of it for 5 minutes. 
  • When it is done let it stay in the fridge for 15 minutes. This step is not necessary but it will be more delicious if you do it. Because meat is going to take all tastes in it.
  • Heat your oil and add your meatballs. We are not going to cook meatballs all the way. Just browned them both sides. When they are brown you can take them to a plate.
  • Use same oil and add your vegetables. Saut√© them for 3 minutes. We are not going to cook our vegetables too. 
  • After 3 minutes add tomato paste and stir another 2 minutes. 
  • Add your water. We are filling our food with water all the way to the top. Basically, water needs to cover everything. 
  • Add our meatballs and spices and cover half way. Turn down heat to medium low heat. 
  • After 25 minutes your meal is ready.
