Lentil & Bean Salad

Hello everyone, today we are making healthy, delicious and easy Lentil & Bean Salad .

This salad gives you so many reasons to make it. First it is so easy, takes only 10 minutes! Second, it is healthy with all that vitamins and protein in it. Plus to all that, this salad is delicious. All that mixture of fresh herbs with other ingredients is giving you perfect fresh taste. For that reason I personally like to eat this salad especially spring or summer time. 

You can prepare really quick if you have friends coming over and make them a little surprise. Also, because no need to heat combine with some chicken and take to work! Your healthy and delicious lunch will be ready whenever you get hungry. 

This Lentil & Bean Salad is going to be your new quick food, salad and side dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 Cup Of Lentil
  • 1 Cup Of Red Light Beans (or any other type of bean)
  • 1/2 Green Pepper
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Of Mix Herbs (dill, parsley) (you can use mint too)
  • 10 Piece Of Little Pickles (petite dill)
  • 15 - 20 Piece Of Grapes
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Of Salt

Burada olcu birimi olarak cup kullanılıyor bir bardak olarak da düşünebilirsiniz. 

  • 1,5 cup yeşil mercimek
  • 1 cup fasulye ( burada değişik tarzda fasulyeler var benim kullandigim kirmizi light fasulye fakat siz herhangi bir tur kullanabilirsiniz)
  • Yarim yeşil biber (benim biberim büyük gordugunuz üzere elinizdeki bibere gore miktarı istediğiniz gibi ayarlayabilirsiniz).
  • 1 adet taze soğan
  • 2 yemek kasigi kadar karisik dogranmis yeşillik (ben maydanoz ve dereotu kullandım nanede kullanabilirsiniz)
  • 10 adet ufak salatalık tursusu
  • 15 - 20 adet kirmizi uzum
  • Yarim limon suyu
  • 1 - 2 yemek kasigi zeytinyağı
  • 1 tatlı kasigi tuz

How To Make It:

  • Put lentil and beans into a bowl. (Wash your beans if you are using canned beans.)
  • Cut herbs, onion, pepper and pickles into small pieces. Add into bowl.
  • Add grapes.
  • At the end add olive oil, lemon and salt. Mix everything and enjoy this delicious salad!
