Stuffed Shells

Hey everyone, we are cooking delicious ` Jumbo Stuffed Shells Pasta `. I love every type of pasta and of course this one also is my favorite!

Most of you already know this meal probably and have different ways to cook it but I am going to show you guys my way. We are going to have a delicious combination of cheese and tomato sauce with pasta, simple but delicious!

One of the little trick in this recipe is using couple different cheeses! I believe, just a little touch like that can make this jumbo shells taste way better. So, you do not have to have exact same type of cheeses that I am using in the recipe. Because different cheeses` combinations are always delicious! Go check your fridge and if you have any leftover cheeses use them! That is another good thing about this recipe, because you can use leftovers. Make your own dream cheese combination..

Before we start I want to let you know about tomato sauce we are making is so easy. It is up to you making this sauce or using any sauce you have and love to use with your pasta.

  • 1 Package Of Pasta
  • 4 cup Of Mozzarella Cheese (half for top )
  • 15 Oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Cups Of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Of Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Of Parsley (you can use fresh)

For Sauce:

  • 1 Tsp Of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 Cup Of Tomato Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Of Garlic Powder

How To Cook It:

  • Boil your water, add salt and pasta. *Cook your pasta less than it's normal time because we are going to cook in the oven.
  • On the other side, start prepare combination for stuffing our shells. Cut 4 cup of mozzarella cheese (half of it for topping). Add into your mixing bowl. 
  • Add ricotta, parmesan, egg and spices into bowl. Mix all of them really good.
  • Your pasta should be ready at this time. So, you can drain your pasta.
  • Take a little sauce pan and add 1 tsp of olive oil. Start heat your oil. 
  • After your oil is ready add your onion and cook.
  • Add tomato sauce and spices. Let it cook couple minutes and it will be ready.
  • Start heating your oven for 375.
  • Put some tomato sauce on the bottom of oven pan. Then, start stuffing shells with our cheese combination.
  • Place your shells as open sides looking down on the oven pan. When you done add rest of tomato sauce on top with rest of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  • Cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Ready. Enjoy!
