Egg Salad & Sandwich

Hello everyone, today we are cooking both Egg Salad & Sandwich . This is also one of the Turkish recipes.

I am showing two different recipes with same egg salad. One of them is the egg salad we are making. You can eat just like that or like in our second recipe you can make quick breakfast sandwich with the same salad we made.

In Turkey, these recipes are mostly making for breakfast especially Sunday breakfast when all the member of family is at home. But also, it is making for lunch or tea times. Actually, whenever there is tea you can see this food too. They are perfect combination with some hot Turkish tea.

So easy to prepare and delicious! It is going to be one of your favorite quick recipes.

Ingredients For Egg Salad & Sandwich :

  • 4 Boiled And Cut Eggs
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Of Parsley
  • 1/4 Tsp Of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Of Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Of Olive Oil

For Sandwich:

  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Of Mozzarella Cheese (any kind)
  • Tortilla

How To Cook:

  • Boiled, peeled and cut eggs. Put in a medium size bowl.
  • Cut green onion, parsley. Add into bowl.
  • Add spices and olive oil. Mix really good.

For Sandwich:

  • Put egg salad into tortilla with cheese.
