Hello everyone, I have delicious, easy and healthy recipe for you. We are going to cook Chicken Tenders together!

But this one is different because we are going to cook in the oven instead of frying them. So, this is one of my healthy recipes. Perfect for your kids and family as a dinner or lunch. Your kids will want you to cook this recipe after they try it! 

Lets see the ingredients;


Ingredients:

  • Bread crumbs (Amount can change depends on amount of the chicken)
  • 2 Tablespoon of All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Paprika (you can add other spices if you want)
  • Salt andPepper
  • Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 2 or More Beaten Eggs (Amount can change depends on amount of the chicken tenders)

How To Cook Chicken Tenders:


  • Mix spices, salt and pepper with your bread crumb. Dip your tenders in order of flour, egg, bread crumb mix, egg and lastly bread crumb mix again.
  • Put some parchment paper in your oven pan and then place your tenders in it.
  • Heat your oven at 350 and cook your tenders around 20 - 25 minutes.
