Chicken Shepherd's Pie With Cauliflower Puree
Hello everyone, we are going to cook one of the popular recipes that probably most of you know and has a way to cook it. Well, I love the basic way but whenever I want to eat some healthy food but delicious I also love to have that option. So, I decided to turn a recipe in a more healthy way that still can enjoy. We are cooking Chicken Shepherd's Pie With Cauliflower Puree.

As you all know, normally its made with mash potato. I use cauliflower instead and change ground beef to chicken. Thats how it become way more healthier and it was really good!

If you never try cauliflower puree before you definitely should! Not because it is healthier then mash potato but it has such a creamy texture that makes you fall in love with! Cooking in a same way like mash so pretty simple. Even though if you wont cook this shepherd's pie you should keep that puree in mind to cook one day instead of mash.

Eating healthy does not has to be torture because of food. You just need to know how and what to cook and what spices to use. Healthy food can be enjoyable as much as all those fry foods. Even though I love eating pasta, bread, french fries and all those, I know I should have some balance in my life. If not that will make unhealthy person and nobody wants that. We do not have to eat either of them all the time but instead we can eat both unhealthy (fry food etc) and healthy foods in a way that wont damage our body.
