Chicken Nachos

Hellor everyone, we are cooking delicious ` Chicken Nachos `. 

This time there is a little difference, our main chef is going to be my husband! Actually we are cooking together but he is the actualy one who owns the recipe (from his dad:) ) and cooked it when my parents were here to visit us. So all the good comments are going to him. 

If you watch the video on top you can cook with us but also have a little fun with us because this video is so funny!! Beacause I had a companion I wanted to have fun with my video as well! You are going to love it. I mean both video and recipe!

This recipes best part we did everything from scratch except nacho chips. But from salsa to cheese sauce all are home made. You are going to see how easy to make everything actually. And how delicious they turn out.

Ingredients: (For 2 People)

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Sour Cream
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Poultry Seasoning
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Salsa:

  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/2 - 1 Lime
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion
  • 3 - 4 Banch Cilantro
  • Salt, Pepper
  • *I did not used in the video but if you want add some garlic.

Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 - 2 Cup Milk (Depends on how thick you want)

How To Make Chicken Nachos:

  • Seasoned both sides of your chicken. Heat your pan with olive oil and start cooking your chicken.
  • When both side get brown color and your chicken cooked half way take it from pan and slice it into small pieces.
  • Put you chicken back to pan with some butter and finish cooking chicken.
  • For salsa chopped everything and add into your mixer and blend it.
  • For cheese sauce, melt your butter and add flour. Cook like that about 2 minutes.
  • Add your milk slowly and keep stirring at the same time. When flour butter mix melted in the milk and it start boiling it is going to get thicker. You can add more milk at this point if you want. 
  • Add your cheese after it get thick and stir till it melted.
  • At last, place your tortilla chips into plate on top chicken, sour cream, salsa and cheese sauce. *sour cream and salsa is cold so  you can add them at last because they will make your food cold quicker.
