Chicken Comfort Dinner

Hello everyone, today I am taking you with me while cooking one of my favorite dinner which I called ` Chicken Comfort Food `. This is one of my comfort food because you will see in the video how easy to make! And it is delicious.

When I do not want to deal with cooking too much this is one of meals I am making so we can still eat at home but I won't have to do too many things. Perfect for moms, working women and actually everyone who is busy but want to eat hot, delicious home food. 

Herkese merhabalar, bugun aksam yemegim olan ` Chicken Comfort Food ` diye adlandirdigim tavuklu kolay bir yemek yapiyoruz ve yemegi pisiriken sizleri de yanima aliyorum. Bu benim comfort food denilen yemeklerimden bir tanesi cunku video da da goruceksiniz yapmasi cok kolay! Ve cok lezzetli. 

Yemekle cok ugramak istemedigim ama ayni zamanda yaptigim yemeklerden biri, boylece hala evde yemis oluyoruz ama ayni zaman da ugrasacak cok seyim de olmuyor. Anneler, calisan kadinlar ve aslinda yogun olan ama evde sicak ev yemegi de yemek isteyen herkes icin mukemmel bir tarif.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Stalk Of Celery
  • 1/2 Small Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Clove Of Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Of Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Of Flour
  • 1 Tsp Of Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano
  • Water

Icindekiler:

  • 1 Adet Tavuk Gogsu
  • 1 Kereviz Sapi
  • 1/2 Kucuk Sogan
  • 1 Havuc
  • 2 Dis Sarimsak
  • 1 Yemek Kasigi Zeytinyagi
  • 1/2 Yemek Kasigi Tereyagi
  • 1 Yemek Kasigi Un
  • 1 Tatli Kasigi Tuz, Karabiber, Kekik
  • Su

How To Cook:

  • Heat olive oil, cut chicken and add into pan. When they get brown on the sides take them into a plate.
  • Cut celery, carrot, onion and garlic into small pieces and add into pan with same oil in it. Sautee them.
  • Add butter and flour mix 2 minutes like that. It is going to look like burning but it is not.
  • Cover with water. Do not put too much just enough to cover vegetables.
  • Add chicken and spices.
  • Cover, lower heat and let it cook around 20 - 30 minutes. Till chicken and vegetables cook. Do not over cook and check and keep stirring occasionally. 

Nasil Pisirilir:

  • Zeytinyagini tavay alip isitmaya baslayin. Tavuklarinizi dograyip tavaya ekleyin. Kenarlardan kahverengilesince tavadan alin.
  • Kereviz sapi, havuc, sogan ve sarimsagi ufak dograyin ve ayni yag olan tavaya ekleyin. Soteleyin.
  • Tereyagi ve unu ekleyip o sekilde 2 dakika pisirin. Yanik gibi gorunecek aslinda degil.
  • Ustunu gececek kadar su ekleyin. Daha fazla koymayin sebzelerin ustunu gecse yeter. 
  • Tavuk ve baharatlari ekleyin. 
  • Ustunu kapatin, altini kisin ve 20 30 dakika kadar pisirin. Tavuklariniz ve sebzeleriniz pisene kadar. Fazla pisirmeyin ve ara ara kontrol edip karistirin.
