Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Hello everyone, we are cooking ` Buffalo Chicken Pasta `.

This pasta recipe is one of my favorite because I love pasta and buffalo sauce. I also love my Stuffed Shells Pasta recipe so much!! I love buffalo sauce with everything! Have you try shrimp with buffalo sauce?? Well it is delicious and I will share a recipe of that for sure! But for now lets make this delicious buffalo sauce pasta with chicken.

It is so easy actually. And just to note that I mostly making my own buffalo sauce instead of buying from store. Pretty easy. Just buy Red Hot sauce mix with melted butter. Thats all! In addition, good part of making your own sauce is you have a chance to arrange hot (spicy) level. But in this recipe I did not mix with butter actually because I already had cream cheese which will take away spicy from sauce so I just added Red Hot sauce by itself.

Actually, this pasta type of buffalo chicken dip sauces pasta version. God I love that recipe too!! 

This is a perfect recipe for friends gathering because it is easy, delicous and will be good to eat while having fun with people all around eating your little spicy and cheesy pasta from little cute bowls.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Of Cooked and Chopped Chicken (Any kind will be fine you can use breast, rotisserie etc.)
  • 1/2 Package Pasta
  • 1/2 Package Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Each Shredded Mozerella And Cheddar Cheese

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Pasta:

  • Cook your pasta.
  • Drained it after cooked and add back to your pan with Red Hot sauce, cream cheese and chicken.
  • Mix it till cream cheese melted. 
  • Add into oven pan. On top put your cheeses.
  • At 350F (180C) cook till cheeses melt.
