Brown Rice Salad

Hello everyone, we are cooking ` Brown Rice Salad `.

As we all know brown rice is way healthier then white rice. And mostly if you are working out, trying to be careful with what you are eating or dieting they recommend to eat brown rice. Well it is all true but there is one fact that taste! It might be healthy and good for our body but it does not has the same taste on the opposite it has such a dry taste. Which sometimes hard to eat by itself.

This is not same brown rice you have been eating. It does not has dry taste on the opposite it is a mixture of different tastes. So delicious, easy and healthy. 

You can eat as a side dish or just like that. If you like to make little differences in your food and have fun with delicious tastes this recipe is perfect for you!


  • 1 Cup Brown Rice
  • 2 Mango
  • 15 - 20 Piece Almond
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Mint
  • 1/2 Cup Red Cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup Dry Raisin
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt

How To Make Brown Rice Salad

  • Cook your brown rice. 
  • Cook your almond for about 5 minutes till it get little brown color on the outside. Chopped them.
  • Cut your parsley, mint, mango, red cabbge.
  • Mix all of them with raisin.
  • Mix lemon juice, olive oil and salt into small bowl and pour into rice mixture.
  • Enjoy!
