Breakfast Hotdogs

Hey everyone, we are cooking ` Breakfast Hotdogs `. This is another food that is cooking in Turkey. 

I know first it sounds weird if you have never eat hotdogs for breakfast. But believe me you and your family are going to love it!! When I first cooked for my husband he was not sure to eat it. After he tried it, he started wanting this for almost every breakfast. 

Even though most of you used to eat hotdogs in usual way, there is many different recipes with hotdogs. It is time to try one of them!

It is not just for breakfast but lunch, dinner, anytime of the day! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 5 Hotdog
  • 1/2 Of Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Of Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Of Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Of Mozzarella Cheese

*I did not add salt because tomato paste has enough salt for me. But if you want more salty you can add some.

How To Cook Breakfast Hotdogs:

  • Start heating oil.
  • Cut hotdog, pepper and tomatoes in medium small sizes.
  • First cook hotdogs and peppers.
  • When they cooked, add tomato paste. Cook with it for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes. Cook another 2 - 3 minutes.
  • When everything is cooked, turn off heat and add shredded cheese. Let it melt with heat of food.
