Beef Nachos & Homemade Taco Seasoning

Hello everyone, we are making Beef Nachos & Homemade Taco Seasoning.

Beef Nachos

Beef Nachos

Beef nachos are one of the famous meal in USA eating as a side dish, appetizer or as a main course. It is such an easy meal to prepare and it is just so convenient for lazy days! Whenever I feel lazy and want some delicious food to eat while I am laying down on my couch and watching movie this food is the one that I am cooking.

Every restaurant and people has different ways to make it. In my beef nachos I have some little touches that are making this delicious food way more enjoyable!

And those scoop tortilla chips are so fun to eat with this beef nachos!

Of course like every other thing, I am using homemade taco seasoning. Seriously, you should check ingredients and sodium amount the store seasonings. It is really easy to make it! Lots of different seasonings mixing into a bowl in less than 5 minutes. Try and see! Cheaper too!

In this nachos, you need to be careful about couple little things. One of it is spreading things around equally to be able to get same taste in every bite/scoop. Other thing is, sour cream! Well, because it is cold, I prefer to put in the middle on the top instead of spreading to prevent sour cream to make nachos cold.

This meal is going to be your family's favorite meal! Like my Blackened Chicken Meal Platter! Movie nights, weekends or lazy days are perfect to cook this yummy nachos!

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
