Asparagus In Two Different Way

Hello everybody, I am showing you guys how to cook asparagus in two different ways. Both are easy and both of them being delicious.

Asparagus has many different benefits for our body. Like, help to improve our digestion, has different vitamins (A,K,E,C) and it is a good source of fiber. Perfect vegetable for our body. 

Some people does not like asparagus at all, why? The reason actually, they do not know which part they need to eat and how to cook. We need to know how to cook them, how to season them and which part of vegetables we should eat is so important. If you do all those in a right way, i do not think there is a reason for you to not to love vegetables. Especially this healthy vegetables! They are delicious!!

  • 1 Bunch Of Asparagus
  • 1 Clove Of Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Of Salt And Pepper ( For Each)
  • 1 Tbsp Of Olive Oil (For Each)

How To Cook:

  • Start cleaning and preparing your asparagus.

For first recipe:

  • Heat your oven for 375.
  • Place asparagus in the oven pan. Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil on top.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper. Mix them well to be sure every part of asparagus get oil and spices.
  • Cook in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • When it is done add 1/4 of your lemon (you can add more or less). Then add 1 - 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese.

For second recipe:

  • Start heating 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pan. Cut your garlic into small pieces.
  • After oil is ready start cooking your asparagus. 
  • 2 Minutes later add your garlic. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper.
  • Keep mixing them till they cook about 5 to 10 more minutes.
